Copy your creator rate card
This is a reusable business template, not a binding agreement or a market-rate recommendation. Include only services you can provide and rights you are able to grant. A custom deal may need a separate quote.

Choose your own rate inputs
Estimate planning, filming, editing, communication and revisions, then add direct expenses. Consider distribution and licensing separately. If you use an illustrative example, label it and never present it as actual client work or earnings.
Avoid one vague 'video price' that appears to include unlimited versions and perpetual ads. A brand should be able to understand the difference between asset-only UGC and a sponsored post on your channel.
Before sending the rate card
- Replace all placeholders and specify currency.
- Check that portfolio links work without permission requests.
- Define included revisions and delivery timing.
- Specify duration and placements for any licensed use.
- State when a custom quote is needed.
- Keep a dated copy so both parties refer to the same version.
