This Privacy Policy explains how LINKING GLOBAL INFLUENCERS LIMITED collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use:
- LGI websites, apps, and creator tools;
- Your LGI account and public or brand-facing profile;
- Brand deal applications, negotiations, and collaborations;

Some features described here may be unavailable in a particular release, account, country, or preview environment. If a feature is not enabled, LGI does not collect or process the related information through that feature. Please also review our Terms of Service.
"Personal information" means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Scope and Responsibilities
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information LGI controls and to features LGI has enabled for your account.
Brands, social media platforms, payment providers, shipping providers, and other third parties may process personal information for their own purposes. Their privacy policies apply to their processing.
When you apply for or participate in a brand deal, the brand may receive information needed to review your application and manage the collaboration. A brand may independently decide how to use and retain that information. Questions about a brand's own privacy practices should be directed to that brand.
In limited situations, LGI may process information on behalf of a brand or another business. In those cases, that business is responsible for its instructions and applicable privacy notice.

LGI may access or review platform messages, applications, files, and collaboration activity when reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate reports, resolve disputes, protect users, enforce our terms, or comply with law.
Profiles, Brand Interactions, and Public Information
Your creator profile is designed to help brands evaluate whether you are a good fit for a deal. Depending on your settings and the feature involved, brands may see information such as your display name, profile photo, bio, location, content categories, portfolio, connected social accounts, audience information, performance metrics, rates, and past collaboration activity.
Information you make public may be viewed, copied, or saved by others. If a brand downloads or records information from your application or collaboration, LGI may not be able to control the brand's later use of that copy.
Messages, quotes, drafts, and other collaboration materials are visible to the people involved in that deal and may also be accessed by LGI for the reasons described in this policy.
Do not include confidential information in your public profile or send information to a brand unless it is needed for the deal.
Connected Social Accounts
If you connect a social account, LGI may receive information allowed by the permissions you grant and the connected platform's rules. This may include:
- Account identifiers and profile details;
- Public or authorized posts and media;
- Follower and audience information;
- Views, reach, engagement, and other performance metrics; and
- Connection tokens or technical credentials needed to maintain the connection, if the integration requires them.
We use this information to complete your profile, verify account ownership or content, show performance data, recommend deals, support rate guidance, and report collaboration results.
You can usually disconnect an account through LGI or the social platform. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection, but it may not delete information already stored by LGI when we still need it for an active collaboration, transaction record, security purpose, or legal obligation.
Deleting information from LGI does not delete it from the social platform, and deleting it from the social platform may not immediately remove a copy already provided to LGI.
The connected platform's terms and privacy policy also apply.
Google and YouTube user data
When you choose to connect a YouTube channel, LGI uses Google OAuth and requests read-only YouTube access. LGI uses that authorization only to retrieve public information for the channel you connect, such as its channel ID, title or nickname, handle or custom URL, profile image, public description, and public channel counts when YouTube makes them available.
We use this information to add the connected YouTube channel to your LGI creator profile, keep its public details current, and make the channel available when you apply for relevant brand collaborations. LGI does not use the connection to create, edit, or delete YouTube content; manage comments or subscriptions; or access private videos.
Connected YouTube profile information may be displayed in your LGI workspace and, where relevant to a feature you use, in your creator profile, brand deal application, or collaboration record. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. Service providers may process this data only as needed to operate, secure, and support LGI, subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so or when required by law.
OAuth authorization codes and connection credentials are transmitted using HTTPS and kept in access-controlled systems. They are not displayed in your public or brand-facing profile. Access is limited to systems, personnel, and service providers that need it to operate or secure the YouTube connection.
We retain the connected channel's public profile information while the connection is active and for as long as needed to provide the profile, application, and collaboration features you use. When you disconnect YouTube or delete your LGI account, we stop retrieving new YouTube data and delete or invalidate the connection credentials. Information already included in an active or completed application, collaboration, security record, or legal record may be retained only for the applicable purpose described in the Data Retention section. You may also request deletion by contacting support@lgi365.com.
You can disconnect YouTube from your LGI profile or revoke LGI's access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future retrieval through the connection; you can contact us to request deletion of previously stored Google user data.
LGI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Payments, Tax Information, and Shipping
When payment features are available, payment providers may collect bank account details, card information, tax information, identity documents, or other information needed to process a payment or payout. Their privacy policies apply to information they process for their own purposes.
Depending on the payment setup, LGI may receive transaction status, payment amount, payout account metadata, partial account details, verification results, refund or chargeback information, and tax or compliance records. If LGI collects payment or tax information directly when the relevant feature is enabled, we handle it under this Privacy Policy.
When a collaboration includes a physical product, we may disclose the shipping details needed for delivery to the brand, its fulfillment partners, and shipping providers. Delivery information should be used only to fulfill the collaboration and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
LGI may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential functions: Sign-in, security, session management, fraud prevention, and core platform features.
- Preferences: Language, display settings, and saved choices.
- Analytics: Understanding traffic, feature use, errors, and service performance.
- Advertising: Measuring campaigns, creating audiences, or showing more relevant advertising, if LGI uses advertising technology.
LGI will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, to the extent required by applicable law. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are handled as required by applicable law.
Communications and Your Choices
We may send service messages about your account, applications, negotiations, collaborations, payments, security, or changes to LGI. These messages are necessary to provide the service and generally cannot be turned off while your account is active.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or changing available account settings. You may still receive necessary service messages.
If LGI offers text messages or push notifications, you can change those choices through the instructions in the message, your account settings, or your device settings, as applicable.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The retention period depends on:
- How long your account remains active;
- Whether an application, negotiation, collaboration, payment, or dispute is still open;
- Contractual, tax, accounting, and legal requirements;
- Fraud prevention, security, and enforcement needs;
- The sensitivity and volume of the information;
- Applicable limitation periods; and
- Whether the information is stored in a backup system.
For example, we may retain deal and transaction records after an account is closed when needed for payments, taxes, audits, disputes, or legal compliance. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten through our normal backup cycle.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, deidentify it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
Brands and other third parties may keep their own copies under their retention practices and legal obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information based on its sensitivity and the risks involved.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your devices, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
If a security incident affects your personal information, we will investigate and provide notice where required by law.
Privacy Rights in the United States
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
- Access or obtain a copy of your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information;
- Receive certain information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale of personal information;
- Opt out of sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;

- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
- Opt out of certain profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects;
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and
- Appeal a decision we make about your privacy request.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require information that matches your account or other reasonable proof. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
LGI does not sell personal information for money. LGI also does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, and does not process personal information for targeted advertising. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required notice and opt-out method before beginning the new practice.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under the age threshold set by applicable law without any required authorization.
If LGI offers a financial incentive or loyalty program related to personal information, it will provide a separate notice explaining the material terms before you join.
