The short answer

A creator rate card is a starting price guide that organizes a creator's deliverables, fees and optional rights.

What does creator rate card mean?

A creator rate card summarizes the work a creator can provide and the starting price for each scope. It can list videos, photos, stories, UGC assets, bundles, usage rights, revisions and add-ons. A rate card is a negotiation tool rather than a universal market price; the final quote should reflect the actual deal scope, timeline and rights.

Creator example

A rate card may show a starting fee for one short video and separate line items for raw footage, paid ads and category exclusivity.

Questions creators ask

Should a rate card include usage rights?

It is useful to list usage rights separately so a brand can see what is included and what requires an additional fee. The accepted deal terms control the final scope.
