The short answer

A brand deal is an agreed collaboration between a creator and a brand with defined content, timing, compensation and rights.

What does brand deal mean?

A brand deal is a collaboration in which a creator agrees to make, publish or deliver content for a brand under specific terms. Those terms usually cover the deliverables, deadlines, creator fee or other compensation, review process, disclosure, usage rights and what happens if the scope changes. On LGI Creator, each public deal has its own requirements and eligibility rules.

Creator example

A skincare company might offer a creator a fixed fee for one short video, with a separate agreement covering whether the brand can run that video as an ad.

Questions creators ask

Is a brand deal always paid in cash?

No. A brand deal can include a fixed creator fee, product, affiliate commission or a combination. Read the compensation fields and the accepted terms separately.
