# Brand deal pitch template for creators

> A useful brand pitch explains why your content fits the product, proposes one specific idea and makes the next step easy. Show relevant work and quote a defined scope when requested. The template below is an example to personalize, not a promise that a brand will accept your application.

## Copy the pitch template

Replace bracketed text with your own facts. If the deal does not request a fee at this stage, use the platform's intended application fields and discuss the quote when appropriate. Do not imply an existing relationship with the brand.

Subject: [Content concept] for [Brand / product]

Hi [Name / team],

I create [format and niche] for [actual audience]. Your [product / campaign] fits because [specific, truthful reason].

My idea: [One concrete concept, opening and product demonstration].
Proposed deliverables: [Format, length, quantity and publishing account].
Relevant work: [Two or three public links].
Availability: [Realistic production and publication window].

For [defined scope and included usage], my proposed fee is [amount and currency, if requested]. Paid ad usage, raw files and exclusivity are [included as specified / quoted separately].

Could you confirm [one unresolved term] and whether this concept fits the deal?

Thanks,

## Personalize the useful parts

A short relevant pitch is easier to evaluate than a long generic biography. Avoid mass-mail language, unsupported conversion promises and attachments the recipient did not request. A portfolio link should open cleanly on mobile.

- Name the product and the problem your concept addresses.

- Choose work that resembles the requested format.

- Use actual audience information with a date range where relevant.

- Respect the campaign's platform, region and eligibility rules.

- Ask about missing rights or payment terms, not information already in the deal.

## Follow up with context

Use the channel and response expectations set by the brand or platform. Stop when the opportunity closes or the recipient declines. A follow-up should add context, not pressure or a fabricated deadline.

Hi [Name], following up on my [date] concept for [campaign]. I am still available for [window]. Here is the relevant sample again: [link]. If the scope or timing has changed, I can adapt the proposal. Thanks for considering it.

## Questions

### Can I send the same pitch to every brand?

Use the structure, but adapt the product fit, concept, examples and scope. A generic application rarely establishes why you match a particular deal.
